Sunless Revolution and its technicians are industry-leading skincare professionals. We are dedicated to giving you the best sunless tanning experience you’ve ever had, and the most beautiful sunless tanning results you’ll ever want.

Because our company was created by industry-leading professionals, it is our goal to apply a flawless tan every time, and to ensure you are completely satisfied with the results. However, we do know that there can be isolated cases in which that is not achieved. Since everyone’s skin type and tone is different, when this does occur, we will try our very best to make sure that we tailor a remedy that’s right for you. If we cannot come up with a solution, we will offer a refund on the original purchase price, or credit towards a future custom airbrush tan.

Sunless Revolution LLC Satisfaction Guarantee Details: If you’re not satisfied, simply call us at 619.510.8830 during our normal business hours. All requests made under this guarantee must be made within 24 hours of purchase, and consulted by one of our professional airbrush technicians in person.

*Guarantees will be void if proper pre and post application care are not met, as well as the following:

Showering, or engaging in any activity that will cause you to perspire before the recommended minimum 4-6 hour color development period.
Overexposure to highly chlorinated water such as hot tubs or swimming pools.
Use of lotions or other topically applied substances prior to the airbrush application that are not recommended by our professional airbrush technicians.
Use of lotions, perfumes, or other topically applied substances after your sunless application and before your first shower.
Non compliance with the “Sunless Revolution Waiver Form” professional recommendation and restrictions.

*Take-home retail products are not included in the Sunless Revolution 100% Satisfaction Guarantee due to the chances of application error.

POLICIES - Service and Flexibility

PACKAGES

2 tan packages expire 3 months from date of purchase. 4 tan packages expire 6 months from date of purchase.
Note: You will receive two reminders before your packages expires. One 20 days before expiration and another 7 days before expiration. Packages are non-transferable.

MEMBERSHIPS

All Sunless Revolution Memberships incur a non-refundable contract deposit. There is a 3 month minimum commitment with every membership.

CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING (AUTOMATED & CUSTOM AIRBRUSH)

In order to give our clients the best possible service and flexibility Sunless Revolution carries the following 24 hour cancellation and no show policies.

Cancellation or Rescheduling: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you must do so outside of the 24 hour window to avoid a $15 cancellation fee. Rescheduling your appointment must be made by either calling or texting 619.510.8830 to ensure we have received your rescheduling request.

No Shows: In the event that you don’t show up to your appointment, Sunless Revolution will automatically charge a $15 “No Show” cancellation fee.
Note: Sunless Revolution does not guarantee your appointment time if you are more than 5 minutes late. The above may apply if you are late and we can no longer take you due to other appointments.
